The location of Monterey Bay Suites is excellent, just a few steps away from a beautiful stretch of beach on the West Coast. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi area were fantastic, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The suite I stayed in had a king bed, Murphy bed, and sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for a comfortable stay.

The room I stayed in had an outdated feel, and it smelled old. The kitchen was missing dishes, and the walls and floors were not clean.

The location was marvellous, a short walk from the beach. It was 19 minutes drive to the airport. Had reasonably large room complete with a great view and coffee maker and the bedroom.

Mornings started right with a solid breakfast spread and ocean panoramas. The rooms faced the beach—daytime waves and city lights at night. The pools were a hit for all ages. Caught a show that blended music, dance, and Celtic flair. My suite felt like a home, complete with a kitchen and ocean-view balcony. The buffets catered to my every mood. The coastal charm of the area made for a magical December trip. Can't forget the lovely drive-through light show nearby. Perfect for a solo traveler who enjoys scuba diving.

Just ok area.

This hotel met all required needs in every way, would recommend. Property turned out to be fairly clean and the breakfast option was great and excellent. The staff were consistently courteous and were around whole time. The room was large and had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave as pictured in advertising. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and next to J c Video Games. The venue was in a nice surrounding area. Poolside bar was there.

The room at Monterey Bay Suites was amazing! The oceanfront balcony gave me the most breathtaking views of the beach during the day and the city lights at night. The suite was spacious with 2 queen beds, a full-size Murphy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows in the bedroom and living room facing the Atlantic were just stunning!

I wish there were more dining options within walking distance.

The suite room included central heating, a safe and multi-channel television, we were happy about that.

The Lazy River and pools at Monterey Bay Suites were perfect for families with kids. The quick Lazy River was a blast, and the clean rooms and friendly staff added to the experience. I loved the easy beach access and enjoyable rooftop pool. The nearby Horry County Mountain Bike Park and other attractions made our family bonding time memorable.

The pools at the hotel were amazing, perfect for all ages. The complimentary breakfast with ocean views was a great way to start the day.

Oh, and did I mention the dirty rooms? Such a delightful surprise.

Friendly place to stay 2 miles away from Art & Soul. The suite with the kids to play, the bedroom plus coffee maker.
